Important Note :-
Candidates yet to appear for their Class XII examination (higher secondary (10+2)) are eligible to apply, provided they produce proof of having appeared for the examination by the time of online document verification. Any candidate who has not appeared for their final board exam before the date of online document verification will not be eligible for admission.
If the results of their Class XII have not been declared by the concerned board or university by the date of physical document verification by NID, admission will be strictly provisional, subject to fulfilment of the following conditions:
I. The candidate must provide by that date (of declaration of admission results by NID) the qualifying exam’s date sheet/ admit card/ Principal’s certificate as proof of having appeared for their final qualifying exam.
II. The candidate must be able to submit the final result of their board exams (including compartment or supplementary examinations) or a certificate proving their eligibility, to the Activity Chairperson, Professional Education Programme.
Any candidate who has not appeared for their final board exam before the date of admission will not be eligible for admission.
Provisional admission will be considered only in cases where the results of the board exam have not been declared by the concerned board. In case the result has been declared by the concerned board but has not been declared in a specific case, for any reason, the candidate will not be considered eligible for provisional admission.
