Professional Advanced Diploma(3 Years)

In Professional advanced Diploma Certificate course, one year, two year diploma course content will be there along with the following

• Art of Studio Design & Model making – III : Design of a small hotel or bar & restaurant or discotheque
• Services : Water supply & drainage, plumbing system, fire fighting system, acoustics, air conditioning systems, Lighting systems, Lift and escalator
• Market survey : ceiling materials, Acoustical materials, Sanitary material, plumbing material
• Software : 3DS Viz & Rendering techniques
• Management skill : Task of professional manager, management system & Process, managerial scales etc.
• Professional Practice : local- bye-laws, working conditions & practice, code of professional conduct, types of old & new works with their regulations, contract, the article of agreement & appendix
• Thesis Project : In depth case study of at least 1 or 3 similar designs projects out of which one has to be theoretical and practical
• Training (3 Months) : Under Registered interior designer or Architect. Submission of training portfolio at the end of the training
• Interior & Exterior Treatments : Climatic conditions, Disposal, Light source, Sanitary, Soil
• Environment Control : Acoustic, Noise reduction, Lighting Fixtures, Go-Green
